Welcome to Purea Aura. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. The Purchase Contract
When you place an order with Purea Aura, you are making an offer to purchase the product. A contract is formed only once we send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
2. Pricing and Payments
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Prices include GST where applicable.
• We use secure, third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information. 3. International Sourcing & Shipping
Purea Aura specializes in rare, globally sourced scents.
• Dangerous Goods (DG) Compliance: Perfume is classified as a Class 3 Flammable Liquid. We ship all products in accordance with IATA and CASA regulations.
• Delivery Times: While we aim for prompt delivery, international transit and customs clearance can cause delays. Estimated delivery times are guides only.
• Customs & Duties: For rare imports, the customer is the "importer of record." While we manage most logistics, any unexpected local customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Returns and Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)
Your purchase is protected by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
• Faulty Goods: If a product is faulty, damaged during transit, or significantly different from the description, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
• Change of Mind: Due to the luxury and hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrances, we do not offer refunds for change of mind if the protective cellophane seal or box has been opened.
• Unopened Returns: We may offer a 7-day return window for unopened, pristine-condition products (return shipping at the customer's expense).
5. Product Authenticity and Safety
• Authenticity: We guarantee that all scents are 100% authentic, sourced directly from international boutiques and heritage perfumeries.
• Allergies: Ingredients are listed on the packaging. Purea Aura is not liable for individual allergic reactions. We recommend a "patch test" before full application.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Purea Aura website, including logos, scent descriptions, and imagery, is the property of Fashion Purea and may not be used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Purea Aura shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or delays in shipping.
